I think the OOC warning isn't really needed. It is OOC, but that's not of a great importance when it comes to smut-based fics. If all we want is hot smut, a bit of fight and some crack then OOC makes absolutely no difference.
I'll stick around for updates, though. Smut-based fics are great way of wasting time on the Internet. I feel corrupted xD
