Dear Shadow,
I’m sending this because, you need a friend. Will you write back to me or will you have to think about why exactly I am writing to you? I have watched you, and you seem fitting enough to have caught my interest. I see you, now and then. I want you to know that someone appreciates you and that you shouldn’t hide in the shadows like most of the world does. You have become great without even realizing that you have become this. Don’t cower away in the corner because someone might see you. That someone could become the most important thing in your life, and they can’t because you hid in a corner. Do you not see the point of this letter? I caught a glimpse of you, probably on one of your good days, when chance has it, you came out of the shadows, and I saw a smile. “You” then became the most important thing in my life. I hope you see the point of my letter to you. I want to help draw you out of the shadows, I need to hold your hand when set your foot into the world. You need to know that someone will help you through this and that someone will be “me”. I hope you will let me become the most important thing in your life as you have become in mine.
