Maybe Sherlock fic?
I've got a few things on my plate that I need to write, but I thought I'd add this little thing I wrote in 20 minutes. It starts as a prompt statement almost then I develop it a bit more. I'll rewrite the beginning if I decide to pursue it. XD
A women’s magazine wants to publish several entries of John’s blog, but before they do they request that John edit some of the content to make it more enjoyable for the readers.
“What?” John asks.
“We just want you to heighten the romance a bit.”
“What romance? There is no romance in the entry, it’s just about solving a case.”
“Not true, this entry is full of underlying tension between Mr. Holmes and yourself, the readers will love it. Now you just need to add some... interaction between the two of you and then a steamy resolution and we’ll be more than happy to publish it.”
Shocked to say the least, John tells them he’ll be in touch and returns to Baker Street where he runs into Sherlock lounging on the sofa with his laptop.
“Sherlock?”
“Yes?”
“Have you been reading my blog?”
“Sadly, yes. Why? Would you like me to offer tips or something. I have a whole list of things you could implement and delete from your current works.”
“No - just - no, Sherlock. They just - did you detect any romance in my blog?”
“Who is they?”
“The ladies from the magazine that were interested in publishing some of my blog entries.”
“And they were attracted to the romantic content of your entries, if indeed they were romantic in nature?”
“Yes.”
“I personally detected none, our friendship that you write of, yes, but no romantic ties. Although, I still think you should’ve mentioned Anderson and Donovan’s little tryst. They don’t deserve your discretion.”
“Well, I don’t know what to do, Sherlock.”
“How important is it to you that your works are published?”
“It would be quite an achievement, don’t you think?”
“Hmm.”
“And if they publish these, then I have a better chance in the future of having other things published, loyalty and all that. Putting my foot in the door, so to speak.”
“Yes, I suppose.”
“But they want me to edit it and include more romance between... um.... us.”
Sherlock looks up and eyes him suspiciously.
“Really?”
John nods, biting his lip and trying not to be awkward about it.
“And are you going to do it?”
“That’s why I’m asking you, it’s not just me who’ll be involved in this, you know.”
“So, you’re asking me to consent to a semi-fictional relationship just so you can get something published?”
John thought about it for a moment and nodded, nervous to hear Sherlock’s answer.
“Of course I don’t mind.”

I love your writiiinnggg! I want a fic! Can I have some kind of humour/pwpy sort of thing involving the butt paste I posted on my journal? I just think Sherlock finding it (he'd probably order it online or something) would be SO FUNNY. He'd probably be fascniated/horrified like I was. LOL

This is sounds wickedly fun and while I can't guarantee John's approval of the situation, me and Sherlock will most definitely enjoy this. Awesome.

One was going to be Chocolate...but someone did that...though they did not address what Sherlock is like ON chocolate. Can you imagine?
Second was **hides face** Sherlock cross dressing. And John finding it disturbingly attractive.

Don't be silly! I luff you guys and want to write something special for you. I'm just trying to narrow things down a bit by asking specific questions, so I have a clear understanding of what you want and how I can accomplish it. XD
